Getting Started….here’s what it takes:

What is a general installation?

Set up for residential internet connection with a single point of structure penetration, single SM, single power supply and basic cable run*

*Requires a positive signal and an Ethernet ready computer and/or device with properly installed drivers/software/hardware (there is additional cost for multiple penetration points, multiple building connections, non-standard install or increased cabling and more labor intensive installs, etc. – call for details)

What may warrant additional installation charges?

The following examples may include, but are not limited to:

• Local topography interference (hills, valleys, trees, etc.)
• Specialized antennas, non standard install needs, Push-Up Pole Installation
• Additional PC connections are $85.00 per hour
• Additional CAT 5 cable over 75 feet (charge will vary depending on current costs)
• Installation of additional switches, hubs or routers are $85.00 per hour
• Tower installation depends on the height required
• Difficult Installs that exceed 1.5 hours of labor can be charged at $85.00 per additional hour
• Running cable Inside Walls/ceilings, etc., is an additional $99.00 per drop/run
• A router is needed if using more than 1 computer, for an additional fee. Call for details on our router maintenance plan.
